Our initial consultation allows us to meet the client in person and discuss what they are looking to achieve from their outdoor living area and what would be their ideal dream garden.

Before we dive into the design process, its crucial for us to get to know our client and what they are really wanting to accomplish with their build. Style, layout, space, entertaining areas, aesthetics, are all key elements when transforming an outdoor area into the perfect garden, but when the project is finally complete, its our responsibility to ensure that our clients are left with a garden they not only are delighted to own, but are comfortable with the overall cost, possible maintenance involved and overall practicality.

During the onsite consultation, we will discuss all design options with our client. As well as providing our own in house landscape design work, we also have the privilege of working with some of Perth’s best and well know landscape designers & Architects.

A written design quote will be presented to the client after the initial consultation which is based on the size & complexity of the project.
Once the design stage is complete and has been presented to the client, we will then discuss any potential edits the client/s may wish to make.

A full itemised written quote is provided once the client is happy with their final landscape design. We then offer to meet with the client either onsite or off site to discuss the quote and if needed, make any further edits to the final design depending on the overall cost of construction & budget. We use an online quoting program which makes editing very easy for the client to follow and allows us to break down and itemise each service area of the quote so our clients can see exactly where there budget is being spent.

Once we have received confirmation from our client that they are happy to proceed with construction, we work out a suitable start date and estimated completion date.

Its important to us, that our clients know who is installing their project and how our construction team operates. We have a team of highly skilled, qualified and experienced full time employees who together with our onsite construction manager turn the design concept into the real thing.

Within the INEX Pro construction team, we cover everything from excavation & marking out, to ponds, carpentry, masonry works & all soft scaping areas.… There’s nothing we cant do to a very high standard within our team!

We use a couple of expert sub contractors for specific areas i.e electrical work & creative concrete work, but apart from that, all work is carried out in house, which we believe gives us the edge over many other landscaping companies who source external contractors to complete a majority of the work and quality control can often be lost.
